God's Word is powerful
The Spirit gives life. The words I have spoken to you are spirit and they are life
John 6:63

The unfolding of your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple.

Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth. John 17:17

He chose to give us birth through the word of truth. James 1:18

For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Hebrews 4:12

Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ. Romans 10:17

But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name. John 20:31

whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. John 5:24

He wants His church to share it
Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Ephesians 6:17

...shine like stars in the universe as you hold out the word of life-- in order that I may boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor for nothing. Phillipians 2:15-16

I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow. 1Corinthians 3:6

God wants his Church to be united
I appeal to you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another so that there may be no divisions among you and that you may be perfectly united in mind and thought. Is Christ divided? 1Co 1:10, 13

...in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit. Ephesians 2:22

Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit–just as you were called to one hope when you were called– one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. Ephesians 4:3-6

in him all things hold together. Collosians 1:17
